Welcome to Cuba City, Wisconsin!

To the Citizens of Cuba City:

I feel privileged and I take great pride to be given the trust and confidence by the people in serving Cuba City as Mayor. Cuba City is a great community to live and raise a family and I will do my very best to make it even better. Like all small towns, we have a lot of things to accomplish ahead of us. We need to get our streets upgraded, main street business buildings need to be filled, make a decision on our community center, and work to add more businesses in the Industrial Park. To accomplish these goals, we need your support. I hope to spearhead things to make Cuba City become a more positive community. Working together we can obtain the goals we set.

The city of presidents is our home. We have so many great things going for us in our schools, churches, great city employees, fire department, law enforcement, and many organizations and committees that have made us what we are. l am up for the challenges ahead of us. We will not be able to please everyone, but we will do the job we can!
Thank You!

Tom Gile

Cuba City offers the family-oriented and economic benefits of small town living with the convenience of big city amenities within just miles. We are a mere 17 miles from Dubuque, Iowa, and just 21 miles from the Dubuque Regional Airport, which offers service to any destination. We are also just 80 miles from Madison, our state capitol. You will find everything you need from shopping, groceries, antiques, dining and more in and near Cuba City.

Cuba City Schools not only provides an excellent learning experience in academics with its low student-to-teacher ratio, but it has also been credited with the State Excellence Award, and has earned many honors, trophies and state titles through its outstanding sports programs. You will also find convenient continuing education and health care options, as there are eight colleges and universities and four hospitals within 20 miles of Cuba City. Recreation abounds as we are surrounded by the Mississippi River, Wisconsin River, state parks, snowmobile trails, and ski resorts just to name a few local recreational activities.

For anyone looking to relocate, Cuba City offers the safe convenience of small town living and is just minutes from where one may be employed.

Visit us today and see why we are proud to live in “The City of Presidents.”
